About This Role
The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with people, has a strong work ethic, and is able to stay consistent in an outdoor, fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to earn based on performance while gaining hands-on experience in sales, as well as learning how driveway sealing and lawn care services are carried out in the field.
What You'll Do
- Walk through residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
- Introduce services in a clear and approachable way
- Answer questions and provide basic information
- Help homeowners schedule services
- Record daily activity and track results
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Follow a consistent schedule and assigned areas
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person
- Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
- Self-motivated with a good work ethic
- Eligible to work in Canada
- English proficiency
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with residential services or home maintenance
- Experience with driveway sealing or asphalt work
- Lawn care experience (aeration, overseeding, fertilization, power raking)
- Comfort working in fast-paced or performance-based environments
